Built for the moments you weren’t believed.

We’re not just building better data—we’re building better questions for medicine. Because the problem isn’t always a lack of answers. Sometimes it’s that no one has been asking the right questions.

YourHooHa was born out of frustration, pain, and one too many “it’s probably just stress.” Because if you’ve ever been told that while something is clearly not right—you know how that lands.

Our founder spent decades navigating a system that minimized symptoms, separated the body into parts, and asked for proof that was nearly impossible to give. Cycle after cycle. Appointment after appointment. Pain was called normal. Patterns were missed. Concerns were redirected into anxiety.

She wasn’t anxious.

She was right.

Like so many women, she learned to advocate for herself the hard way—by tracking everything. Not because she wanted to, but because it was the only way to make sense of what was happening.

Over time, the patterns became obvious.

They just hadn’t been measured in a way anyone was actually looking for.

That’s where YOURHOOHA comes in.

This isn’t another log your mood and hope for the best app. It’s a tool designed to capture what’s actually happening in your body—cycle by cycle, day by day—so your experience doesn’t get reduced to a summary, or dismissed as a one-off.

You walk into appointments with patterns. With timelines. With data that connects the dots.

And suddenly, the conversation changes.

Because knowing your body is one thing.

Proving it is another.

But this is bigger than one person.

When enough people start tracking what’s happening in real time, something shifts. Patterns emerge—not just individually, but collectively. Questions that have gone unanswered for decades finally have something to stand on.

Are conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, and PMDD actually increasing? Or have they always been this prevalent—just underdocumented?

Are women sicker than we thought?

Or have we simply never had the tools to see what was always there?

We don’t know yet.

But we’re going to find out.

YOURHOOHA exists because no one should have to fight that hard to be taken seriously.

And because your experience—your actual, lived experience—deserves to be seen.

We give a hoo-ha. Every single cycle.

YOURHOOHA Receipts look good on you.
